• 
  Our client is a well-known Japanese consumer electronics company, and they are currently looking for an HR Executive urgently!
  
  【What will you be working on】
  
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment for Junior & Executive levels including but not limited to placement of job advertisements in job portals and other mediums, liaison with Hiring Managers on coordination of interview schedules, work pass application, on-boarding processing & orientation, and etc.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of the company’s training and development including but not limited to the conduct of Training Needs Analysis, sourcing of training courses, application of government grants, etc.
  • Assists in the organization of the company’s event(s) and employee welfare program, i.e. corporate wellness program, and etc.
  • Assists in administering staff benefits such as employees’ health screening, corporate partners and etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Requirement

  
  【What they're looking for】
  
  • Possess a minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Arts/Social Sciences, or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management in any industry is welcome!
  • Proficient with MS Office application.
  • A self-starter and is able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A meticulous individual with good planning and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of Singapore HR practices and employment laws.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice is preferred.

• Working Hour

  8:30 ~ 17:30
