Perform Full Spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development as well as grievances inquiry.
Screening, Recruiting and Interviewing of Candidates.
Coordinate interview Schedule and preparation of necessary documentation.
Provides recommendations and support in formulating and implementing new HR initiatives and strategies for the company.
Responsible for monthly reports for the company and generating statistical reports as and when required.
Perform Administrative and Orientation duties for On and Off Boarding processing.
To act as a liaison between the company and employees and to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolutions of all queries.
Ensures that Payroll and Leave Benefits are timely administered and processed.
Formulates HR employee communication plans, content and supporting materials align to effectively drive employee engagement in support of company objectives.
Spearheading New HR initiatives in taking advantage of the government grants and subsidies for the company.
Administering Work Passes in foreign employment.
Developing HR Policies and Documentation procedures as well as implementing best practices.
Handling Employees disciplinary issues and grievances.
Assist in supporting other departments for other administrative work.
