Job Description

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Perform Full Spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development as well as grievances inquiry.
  • Screening, Recruiting and Interviewing of Candidates.
  • Coordinate interview Schedule and preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Provides recommendations and support in formulating and implementing new HR initiatives and strategies for the company.
  • Responsible for monthly reports for the company and generating statistical reports as and when required.
  • Perform Administrative and Orientation duties for On and Off Boarding processing.
  • To act as a liaison between the company and employees and to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolutions of all queries.
  • Ensures that Payroll and Leave Benefits are timely administered and processed.
  • Formulates HR employee communication plans, content and supporting materials align to effectively drive employee engagement in support of company objectives.
  • Spearheading New HR initiatives in taking advantage of the government grants and subsidies for the company.
  • Administering Work Passes in foreign employment.
  • Developing HR Policies and Documentation procedures as well as implementing best practices.
  • Handling Employees disciplinary issues and grievances.
  • Assist in supporting other departments for other administrative work.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per monthBenefits:
