Job Description


The candidate will assist Singapore payroll and Regional HR operations to ensure consistent, effective and quality outcome in assessing the remuneration matter.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To support SG payroll operations, tax reporting and related analysis and reporting.
  • To support daily HR operations from preparing on-boarding to exit formality
  • Electronic staff data and P-file management
  • To assist in enhancement tasks for operational needs and process improvement
  • Ad hoc project as per assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree or above in Human Resource or management discipline
  • High sense of responsibility and initiative with can-do attitude
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • 2 years of experience in payroll or HR Operations
  • Regional HR Exposure will be an absolute advantage
