Job Description


  • Handle all recruitment matters.
  • Monitor and propose employee training and Development programs.
  • Manage employee relations and compensation issues.
  • Maintain and update employee’s record/information.
  • Payroll – To compute payroll of all employees of the Firm on the 1st day of the month and hand over computation to the AE for valuation. Ensure all employees get their pay pack by the 5th day of the month.
o To liaise with the AE for an appropriate date to value payroll should the last day of the month falls on a day prior to weekend
  • CPF / SDL/ CDAC/ MBMF / FWL – On every 12th day of the month, via online to process all CPF / SDL / CDAC / MBMF contribution for all employees of the Firm. To print our all FWL payment record from MOM website on the 18thof every month.
  • NS men make up Pay Claim / Government Grant Leave and Waiver of Levy– To process all make up Pay Claim for Male employees upon their call for NS re-service. To submit and claim all applicable government grant leave apply by employee of the Firm (Child care leave and shared Parental leave) Upon return from Home / hospitalized leave of a foreign employee, you are to submit a claim from respective authority the relevant Foreign workers levy paid during the Home / hospitalization leave period of the foreign employees. Ensure that all the above claim and refunds are properly submitted and obtain its required approval and reimbursement.
  • Application and Renewal of Work Permit / Employment Pass / S Pass – Via WPOL or EPOL to make application and renewal of work permit / employment pass / S pass of respective employees. Send foreign worker for necessary medical check-up and required CSOC or SOC course. During submission ensure all documents are properly documented and note all cards collection or delivery date. To have a track record on expiry date of foreign workers passes/ passport and safety course (include Singaporean)
  • Leave Record – Record and update all employees’ type of leaves entitlement. At year end consolidate only the balance of Annual Leave for audit purpose.
  • IR8A and IR21 – Record all employees’ particulars, payroll and CPF contribution to the Employees’ Registrar. At year end submit the require IR8A on-Line.Upon resignation by any foreign workers, submit on-Line require form IR21 to obtain Tax clearance.
  • Insurances – Take note expiry date of all Insurance policies and to renew One month before the expiry date. Consult the Director on the insured sum.
  • To complete and submit necessary survey form from relevant government authority.
  • All Personnel Files (“P”) of employees are strictly confidential and Travel Document of foreign workers (NTS source) to be kept under lock and keys and to record the movement of such documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR/Business or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience
  • Familiar with Employment Act & MOM Regulations
  • Self-starter, resourceful, tactful & ability to interact with different levels of people
