Job Description

The hiring company is a local brand communication firm assisting thousands of large enterprises in crafting the right brand messages for intended results. Due to expansion, they are looking to fill the role of an HR Executive for various HR support functions such as payroll, talent management, as well as recruitment. Responsibilities:

• Work with HR Manager or company directors to strategically plan HR initiatives
• Provide talent acquisition support and spearhead strong employer branding initiatives
• Continuously educate the team on company policies, especially on latest updates.
• Administer and communicate updates of employee handbook where required
• Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
• Foster cross functional working relationships and ensure colleagues are well connected for both work and social
• Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
• Promote a positive and open environment where all employees feel comfortable about speaking up for issues
• Understand and compliant to all labour related law and regulations, such as the Employment Act

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management in local or private tertiary institutions
• 3-5 years experience as an HR Assistant/Executive will be preferred
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Appreciates a fun-loving work environment with liberal management style in a 30-pax strong set up
• Advantageous if candidate is experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Singaporeans preferred
