Handles full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing, performance appraisal, recruitment, staff welfare, training activities and applying grants.
Maintain HR policies and procedures are executed in accordance with the company’s requirement
Handling of employment related matters, including application, renewal, cancellation and appeals of visas & tax clearance for non-local employees.
Administering and maintaining accurate employee records & HR related database.
Sourcing of relevant courses, registration of courses and liaising with training providers. Ensure timely submission of statutory matters like CPF, IR8A, IR21, MOM,EPF, SOCSO, PCB and related market surveys, childcare leaves, maternity leaves, paternity leaves and NS man claims
Keep up to date on changes in employment legislations and industry HR practices.
Assist in organizing recreation activities and company events and any other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties assigned by superior.
