Job Description


– Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring, scheduling and coordinating performance evaluation/appraisals
  • Scheduling and coordinating for the hiring process on recruitment, selection and screening of staff
  • Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement
  • Maintaining & updating staff personal file
  • Monthly/Quarterly preparation of reports
  • Assists with employees insurance matters
  • Assists with exit procedure for cessation of employment e.g. exit interview, clearance
  • Assists in expatriates employment, relocation & tax matter
  • Assists and coordinate training and development management
  • Organizing staff session, company’s social and recreation activities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
  • Support ad hoc HR related tasks, reports and projects assigned locally and regionally.
Qualification and Experience
  • Relevant HR professional cert/qualification/experience
  • Good knowledge in all-round of HR functions & practices
  • Familiarity with local labour laws
