Assist with the recruitment process by arranging interviews and conduct reference checks when necessary
Application, renewal, cancellation of work pass
Administer staff leave and employee relations
Track and ensure staff welfare & benefit documentation
Monthly Time Attendance Reporting
Maintain HR database and update employee records and support with HR related matters
Manage and liaise with vendor on office equipment maintenance on a regular basis
Plan and organize company events
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration/ Management
Possess at least 2 years' of HR work experience
