Assist in recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding and orientation) . Handle & resolve employee queries / issues in a timely manner. . Work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation) . Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record. . Claim submission for NS, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare leaves. . Monthly payroll processing . Submission of Monthly CPF Contribution . Tax Clearance IR21 for foreign employees . Provide support to the HR Manager for all HR matters Requirements: . Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role . Meticulous . Ensure work is completed in a timely manner . Familiarity with related labour laws (e.g. Employment Act, CPF act etc.) The ideal candidate would be: . A team player with excellent communication skills and who enjoy or are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. . A fast learner with a can-do attitude . Someone who want to do meaningful work, eager to learn, and want to make a difference in the company . If you have a background in F&B Operations or have worked in F&B before, that would be highly advantageous. . Immediate starter preferred .
