Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, Asia, you will be managing the full spectrum of HR Shared Service Operations, such as employee life cycle and HR operations. Talent Acquis JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, Asia, you will be managing the full spectrum of HR Shared Service Operations, such as employee life cycle and HR operations. Talent Acquisition Coordination with Line Managers and understanding their requirements, defining job positions Resourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes through various job portals, internal reference or recruitment agencies Shortlisting the resumes based on desired skills and experience Advertising vacancies, screening and short listing resumes Conducting telephone and physical interviews in coordination with Line Managers Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing onboarding procedures and documentation Onboarding/Off boarding and Employment Related Coordinate and arrange for work-pass medical examination and processing / collection of work pass Coordinate with candidate on documentation requirements for visa application Following up on visa progress till visa approval Raising of internal process for new employee Conduct new staff orientation, confirmation status and exit clearance for leavers Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, warning letter, etc. Enrolling of new employees in Insurance program Administration and compilation of reports for e-leave system Preparing final settlement, leave salary and all employee benefits Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees. Conducting of exit interview Be responsible for including but not limited to: Preparing of monthly payroll movement report Checking of payroll calculation report and preparing of employee pay slips Assisting with enquiries on payroll matters Employee engagement/teambuilding activities planning & execution Coordinating and executing of Mid-year review and End-of-year appraisal. Training administration (enrolment, update training records/data, evaluation) Advise and process employees' insurance claims Assist with office renovation process and documentation requirements Responsible for raising and following up on payments for services Arranging of flight and accommodation arrangements of internal employees Keep track of overseas office rental lease expiry and ensuring that lease is renewed before expiry Assisting with ad-hoc request such as translation services and etc. Updating and ensuring that all country's organization chart is up to date Make continuous improvements to HR processes by conducting regular reviews REQUIREMENTS Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field At least 3 years of working experience in a HR role or similar position Due to the job requirement to communicate with China employees and external parties, the ability to speak, read and write in Chinese is highly preferred. Good understanding of Regional Asia HR employment laws and experience is highly preferred Good communicative skills and cooperative attitude
