: 1. Super user and main lead for Global implemented Learning Management System (LMS) and drive the achievement of the completion of the learning courses assigned at Regional and Glo : Super user and main lead for Global implemented Learning Management System (LMS) and drive the achievement of the completion of the learning courses assigned at Regional and Global level. Super user and main lead for upcoming Global HR Information System (HRIS) project including the workflow design, configurations, user acceptance testing, user training, implementation and post-implementation. Conduct the Total Company Learning Needs analysis and manage the implementation of the Total Company Learning Plan Responsible for the Total Company Learning Plan full administration including course schedules, evaluations, logistics, grants application and database management. Design and conduct in-house learning programmes including company orientation programmes. Support and coordinate Skillsfuture and Talent Development programmes and Performance & Development Review cycles Prepare HR Presentations for Management Reporting/Meeting Support and participate in other HR projects and initiatives from planning to implementation Support ad-hoc task(s) and project(s) when assigned Requirements: Diploma/Degree in HRM or equivalent 3 years of relevant experience including managing HRIS and LMS IT Savvy and competent in using Microsoft Office applications Competent in using Power BI will be an advantage Passionate to develop a career in HR Excellent written and spoken communication Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Positive with continuous learning attitude Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and good team player Resourceful and innovative .Transport allowance up to $144 will be provided
