Duties And Responsibilities: . Assist in preparing, reviewing and implementing HR Policies and Procedure. . Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records. . Monitor timesheets submission, attendance and leave filing. . Handle full cycle of employment process, recruits, interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation. . Administer work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and other related matters. . Manage government claim such as NS, childcare, maternity claim, levy waiver etc. . Liaise with government authorities and agencies such MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc. on employee related matters and survey. . Advice employees on HR internal processes, policies & legal regulations, personnel issue, including compensation and benefits and policy explanation, letter preparation . Develop and maintain employer-employee relations through building a strong and cohesive company culture and enhancing communications . Attend to employees' queries and concerns. . Handle grievances, disciplinary and/or counselling when required and provide support to Managers in case of disciplinary action. . Provide advisory role to HR team in the Philippines and Vietnam offices. . Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications: . Diploma or Degree in related field or equivalent. . At least 3 to 5 years of experience in the related field. . Meticulous, strong interpersonal skills, good problem-solving skills, ability to multitask. . Understanding of local employment act, regulations and HR practices. . Regional exposure in ASEAN countries (the Philippines, Vietnam) will be added advantage.
