Job Responsibilities * Responsible for Recruitment Exercises for Indonesia Operations including Advertising, Shortlisting, Arranging Interviews, Job Offers and etc. * Responsible for leave manag Job Responsibilities Responsible for Recruitment Exercises for Indonesia Operations including Advertising, Shortlisting, Arranging Interviews, Job Offers and etc. Responsible for leave management Review and counter check payroll calculations Prepare HR related reports Job Requirements Minimum Degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experiences Experience in Construction field is an added advantage Able to communicate (both in writing and speaking) Bahasa Melayu/ Indonesia to liaise with colleagues at Indonesia office is an added advantage
