Full spectrum Recruitment for all full-time position 2. Back-end Recruitment for all part time position 3. Administrative tasks e.g. prepare letters & etc. 4. Work pass application and all other foreign workers related matters. 5. Food & Hygiene Course Registration for New Hires and existing staff 6. Other adhoc tasks as assigned from time to time or Assist in HR projects and other HR initiatives when required 7. Keying of new join staff into HR System Job Requirements 1. Possess Higher Nitec/Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or related field will be a plus. 2. Preferably with at 2-3 years of good working experience in Human Resource 3. Bilingual in English and mandarin to liaise and communicate effectively with Chinese speaking stakeholders 4. Candidates who are able to join immediately would be preferred 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel 6. Positive working attitude and initiative
