Roles and responsibility: 1. Payroll calculation, payslip generation, salary payout, CPF lodgement 2. Recruitment, including job posting, screening of candidates, employment contract drafting 3. Workpass application, renewal 4. Submission of IR8A, IR21 5. Consultation on HR matters and MOM requirements 6. Responding to clients queries in a timely and professional manner 7. Any other ad-hoc task assigned As part of the job, you will be required to: 1. Develop or inherit excel formulas sheets to calculate payroll for clients with different requirements 2. Understand the clients' requirements and develop/deliver a solution 3. Explain HR processes, MOM requirements and instructions in a digestible manner to the clients Requirements: . Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Business Management/Relevant Fields . 1-3 years of working experience in HR . Familiar with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM regulations . Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills . Competent with excel formula or coding . Able to multi-task while meeting deadlines
