HR Executive : . Perform 360 recruitment as well as onboarding and off-boarding process . Work closely with recruiters to achieve hiring goals . Pre-select candidates including p HR Executive : . Pre-select candidates including phone screenings and face-to-face interviews . Manage all HR-related administrative activities . Provide in-house training . Assist in payroll and other payment related matters . Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans . Keep records of individual staff's performance . Monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment records Job Requirements: . Minimum diploma from a recognized institution . Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to establish rapport with management, current colleagues, new colleagues and applicants . Able to interact with all organisational levels . Efficient, resourceful and responsible . Ability to prioritise roles and duties while contributing to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment . Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices . Meticulous, able to work independently as well as in a team . Good conflict resolution ability . Good in written and spoken Mandarin . Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office software . Knowledge of social media marketing an added advantage . Been in financial industry for at least 1 year (ex sales consultants with HR knowledge welcome to apply) Benefits: .
