JOB SUMMARY: Responsible in performing overall tasks/functions related to the different facets in HR - Payroll Management, Talent Acquisition, Statutory Compliance and Welfare, Visa and Work Permit, JOB SUMMARY: Responsible in performing overall tasks/functions related to the different facets in HR - Payroll Management, Talent Acquisition, Statutory Compliance and Welfare, Visa and Work Permit, HR Strategic Plan, Performance Management, AOP Management, Office and Administrative functions, Visa and Work permit processing, and Overall coordination with other HR IA entities. Major Responsibilities: Payroll Management Prepares the Expats and Local payroll inputs and submit to the payroll auditor. Reviews the Payroll Files and Reports and endorse it for approval. Ensure the correctness of payroll output and ensures timely crediting of payroll. Reviews all Special Pay Processing such as VPP or Bonus, Salary Advance, Leave Encashment, Full and Final Settlement, etc. Talent Acquisition Manage the recruitment process as per the AOP policy. Coordinate with the recruitment consultant on the hiring needs. Facilitate on the schedule of interviews and the feedback post interview. Prepare Approval note and draft Job offer letter for further approval. Consolidate Recruitment report for CHRO, Hiring managers, and CEO. Ensure that all the onboarding formalities and documentation shall be in place prior staff joining. Statutory Compliance and Welfare Prepare and examine all statutory reports and coordinate with the payroll auditor in case of any movements. Ensure compliance and submission of all Statutory benefits and regulations. Review on the annual salaries and recommend for submission to auditor for the tax submission. Reviews Employee clearance and checks final pay processing. Prepares the relieving and experience letter for the outgoing employee. Ensures renewal of HMO Medical insurance and Accident Life Insurance policies with cost saving schemes. Ensures the payment of the medical and life insurance without any delay. Prepare payment certification for existing vendors and consultants. Reviews all documents, invoices, and attachments for payment completion. Statutory Compliance and Welfare Prepare and examine all statutory reports and coordinate with the payroll auditor in case of any movements. Ensure compliance and submission of all Statutory benefits and regulations. Review on the annual salaries and recommend for submission to auditor for the tax submission. Reviews Employee clearance and checks final pay processing. Prepares the relieving and experience letter for the outgoing employee. Ensures renewal of HMO Medical insurance and Accident Life Insurance policies with cost saving schemes. Ensures the payment of the medical and life insurance without any delay. Visa and Work Permit Processing End-to-end process of employment pass, work permit, and work visa for expats which will be deployed to Singapore office. Reviews all the necessary requirements and ensure submission to government agency. Monitor the Work permit status and ensure timely processing once expiry date is due. HR Strategic Plan, Performance Management and AOP Supports on the Annual PMP completion for Singapore entity. Coordinate with the Employee and HODs in completing the PMP ratings. Reviews all Employees' final PMP ratings and endorse it to CHRO. Prepare the Singapore AOP Reports and submit it for evaluation.. Maintains the AOP and strategy in achieving desired target of value for money initiatives. Conducts tools such as 360-degree feedback and run surveys to implement the succession programs. Office and Administrative Functions Overall office management function at Singapore office. Ensure all office supplies and facilities are available and functional. Coordinate on the travel bookings, tickets, and accommodation arrangements for new joiners, executives, visitors, consultants, etc. Draft reports, workings, presentation as and when the need arises. Overall coordination with the other HR entities.
