Manage full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, interviewing, appointment, resignation/termination, training and development, engagement and retention of staff, performance management, compensation and benefits * Collate, set up and Manage full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, interviewing, appointment, resignation/termination, training and development, engagement and retention of staff, performance management, compensation and benefits Collate, set up and manage of employee personal files in company's database Responsible in application and submission of work permits and passes To implement and update of HR Policies & Procedures, SOPs, Employee handbook and Personal data protection policies Participate in manpower-related surveys Process of bi-monthly payroll administration and CPF submission Incharge of IT networking outsource matter with IT support Company Knowledge of application in training-related funding (SDF, VCF, WDA, etc) Requirements: Possess diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in HR administration in Manufacturing related industry Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR legislations Good payroll administrative knowledge Good understanding of Personal data protection legislations Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and results driven Working location at Paya Lebar and Tuas Area
