Support in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines Payroll functions Ensure that documentation and authorized signatories are obtained and filed for audit purposes. IR21 submission for foreign workers Application/Issuance/Renewal of permits/passes for foreign workers Issue relevant letters to staff for an appointment, confirmation, increment, etc Leave and other HR-related issues The office is located in the Central area of Singapore Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Human Resource or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word Possess an analytical mind and good at problem-solving. Team player, with strong interpersonal skills good communication skills and contributes to a good work environment. Well updated on IRAS & MOM guidelines Well informed on government grants Salary will be commensurate base on qualification and experience
