Manpower Planning

  • Prepare and maintain of Organisation Charts for Departments and Projects
  • Maintain of Foreign Worker Quota
  • Source, appoint and liaise with recruitment consultant for manpower supply

Recruitment & Selection
  • Recruitment Exercise (Manpower Requisition, Advertisement, Shortlisting, Interview, Salary Recommendation, Job Offer and etc.)
  • Prepare staff to come on board (Signing of Employment Contract)
  • Work Pass Administration (Application, Renewal, Replacement and Cancellation)
  • Arrange pre-employment medical examination
  • Create and maintain employee records (Open P-Files and input particulars to SAP System)
  • Employer branding (Career Fair & Scholarship/Sponsorship Programme with BCA)

Performance Management
  • Employee Confirmation / Extension / Resignation
  • Performance Appraisal Exercise
  • Disciplinary and Grievance handling
  • Employee Exit Interview and Clearance

Notes: 2 way Company Transport Provided from Clementi MRT 5 days work week (9am-6pm)
