Responsible to monitor all personal matters such as employee\'s welfare, attendance, leaves, discipline, benefits and compensation, training, claims and other HR administration functions
Responsible to handle leave management and coordination \xe2\x80\x93 administer annual leave, medical and other entitlements
Assist and compiling of data and reports on weekly/monthly basis
Verify and keep track of employee\xe2\x80\x99s medical reimbursement
Preparation of offer letter, cessation letter, increment and promotion letter, staff confirmation evaluation forms, confirmation letter and certification letter
Work pass application, renewal and termination
Process IR21 tax clearance and IR8A submission
Onboarding and off boarding
Government claim submission (GPCL, GPML, NS make-up pay, FWL waiver)
Group Hospitalization Insurance and medical out-patient program
Maintain company organization charts
Update HR Standard Operating Procedures policy manuals, Employee Handbook and Orientation deck
Conduct reference checks and exit interview
Provide recruitment support to recruitment team when necessary
Support in timesheet/milestone matters and provide admin support when necessary
Any other ad hoc task assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Candidates at least 3-5 year(s) of HR working experience
Experience with IGNITE by Boardroom is an advantage (SG)
Experience with Payroll2U is an advantage (MY)
Preferably specializing in Human Resources/Administrative Support or equivalent Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word
