Job Description


  • Manage and oversee full spectrum of staff recruitment activities
  • In charge of onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Prepare HR related letters such as Letter of Appointment, Confirmation Letter, Promotion Letter, Warning Letter and etc.
  • Administer work pass related matters
  • Manage and respond to staff queries
  • Responsible in staff training arrangement and coordination
  • Maintain and update employee personal records
  • Organise company events or activities
  • Any other related duties as assigned by Senior Human Resource Executive and Managing Director
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • 5 working days per week
