Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, not limited to recruitment, orientation, leave & training administration, administration of employee benefits and other HR operations
Ensure timely update of employees\xe2\x80\x99 database, proper filing system and smooth office administration;
Provide support in all administrative functions

Handle onboarding and orientation of new hires, and exit interview;
Organise employee communication platforms and activities;
Identify training and development needs of employees and propose training programs;
Assist to cover receptionist duties when required
Any ad-hoc task as assigned by immediate supervisor
