Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, not limited to recruitment, orientation, leave & training administration, administration of employee benefits and other HR operations
  • Ensure timely update of employees\xe2\x80\x99 database, proper filing system and smooth office administration;
  • Provide support in all administrative functions
  • Ensure timely update of employees\xe2\x80\x99 database, proper filing system and smooth office administration;
  • Handle onboarding and orientation of new hires, and exit interview;
  • Organise employee communication platforms and activities;
  • Identify training and development needs of employees and propose training programs;
  • Assist to cover receptionist duties when required
  • Any ad-hoc task as assigned by immediate supervisor
