Job Description


  • To handle all Work Permit related matters ie application / renewal / cancellation / replacement of Work Pass etc
  • Workers\xe2\x80\x99 Payroll Administration
  • To handle workers\xe2\x80\x99 matters ie training arrangement, prepare contracts, home leave arrangement, dormitory administration, worker insurance, petty cash submission etc
  • To liaise with government authority ie MOM pertaining to worker matters
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties
Requirements:
  • Min. \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level and equivalent
  • 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in handling full spectrum of administrative roles, preferably in construction industry
  • Possess basic knowledge of Whyze HR System and Ms Office Application ie Ms Word, Excel etc.
  • Comfortable and able to communicate well with foreign workers
  • Manage SME with headcount of min 50 to 100
