HR Executive

Oversee the end to end of the Employee Life Cycle of the dedicated BU.
Understand business and its drivers, build relationships with line manager/stakeholders to identify, provide HR input across a range of HR issues, and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Point of contact, provide advice on labour legislation, policies and procedures and work closely with Business Units to ensure smooth resolution on HR matters to mitigate risk, including disciplinary and grievance matters, enhancing communication, engagement and performance.
Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in all operational related matters.
Handle tasks for preboarding, onboarding and offboarding tasks.
Participate in adhoc HR projects for development and to improve business processes
Other duties as casually assigned by Department Head.
