DescriptionJobscope:

• To create the work center for new staff / contractors and update changes of the staff accurately in Autotime.
• Support the engineers/aircraft techs and ensure they are able to key in their Service Orders (staff induction) into Autotime.
• Input time card for personnel working offsite if required.
• Review Weekly summary report and feedback necessary adjustment to the supervisors on any employees\' Timecards
• Work with Supervisors and consolidate the OT hours accurately. Print and check Overtime hours and hand report to HR on last Friday of the month.
• Consolidating Manhours for contractors and forwarding to Vendors at the end of the month.
• Consolidating and obtaining approvals for Daily, Monthly reports for Finance, Manager Operations & HR.
• Analyze and resolve any Autotime issues

New Hires:

• Arrange the dates for New hires for uniform tryout and pants measurement
• Distributes Staff Uniforms, Safety Boots, Locker keys, staff passes & PPT
• Assist staffs with questions in regards to the procedure in Autotime

Merchandise:

• Oversee, to conduct stocktake and replenish Singapore Service Center\'s merchandise items

Airport Pass application:

• Monitor and facilitate in Seletar/Changi airport pass application preparation and submission/renewal

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,

• You must have Diploma/Degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• You have min. 2 years of experience in Kronos Workforce Auto-time or time attendance or accounting background; (Little to no experience could be considered)
• You have strong in Microsoft Office & writing skills;
• You have good interpersonal skills and a team player with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\' attitude
• You must be a self-starter with analytical skillsets; able to work independently with min. supervision
• You must multitask in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
