Our company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Executive who can handle all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
Commission calculation, payroll
Full-cycle employee lifecycle from sourcing to offboarding, including and not limited to:
Onboarding, offboarding
Job Postings
All work pass processes (WP/SP/EP/LOC/PLOC)
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Manage Company handbook, policies, compensation and benefits, employees\xe2\x80\x99 career progress structure
Apply for grants
Be a main point of contact for staff, respond to them on time. Be a mediator between Company and staff, communicate and keep Company updated on all staff matters
Work as a Team Member by sharing timely information to ensure smooth HR processes
Manage and maintain accurate employee\xe2\x80\x99s data both online and offline
Manage mail documents
Leave, attendance, maternity leave, NS leave etc
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements to HR processes and policies
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of employment law and MOM practices
Able to work fast and accurately
Focused, Organized and meticulous
Ability to work independently
At least a Diploma in Human Resources Management
Able to work under pressure and deadlines
Not a job-hopper
