As a Human Resources Executive, you will assist the department\'s day to day operations. Support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality. Maintain excellent human relationships with all employees as well as high confidentiality in handling documents in the Department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Hiring
  • Assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues.
  • Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws and company policies and standards.
  • Assist with orientation of new employees.
Administration
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records, information and files (e.g., interview documents).
  • Generate Human Resources data reports as required or as requested.
  • Serve as Human Resources subject matter expert and participate on project teams.
Communication
  • Speak to guests and co-workers using clear, appropriate and professional language.
  • Discuss work topics, activities, or problems with coworkers, supervisors, or managers discreetly and quietly, avoiding public areas of the property.
  • Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
  • Follow company and department policies and procedures.
  • Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
  • Ensure uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience
  • Diploma or Equivalent in Human Resources related
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of Timesoft payroll software would be good
