Job Title: HR Executive - F&B Location: Singapore We are a leading F&B company in Singapore, operating several well-known brands across the island. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team and help us manage our human resource functions. Responsibilities:
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Administer employee benefits and compensation packages, including payroll processing.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with HR information systems and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
