US manufacturing plant located in Ubi area with over 100 headcount
Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the HR Executive will support full spectrum of HR function in a manufacturing environment
Work with various departments to support recruitment processes including coordinating interviews, employment contract issuance, MOM application and on-boarding processes
Update, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
Keep abreast with statutory and regulatory manpower guidelines from government agencies
Respond and submit all statutory survey as requested by government agencies
Handle monthly payroll and claims expenses to employees on a timely basis
Check and ensure payroll details are accurate before releasing to outsource payroll vendor
Ensure statutory compliances in area of employees income tax filing, NS claims, and government paid-leaves submissions
Application of work passes for Employment & S-Passes
Assist and involve in worker disciplinary cases investigation
Manage all leave administration and application processes
Maintain all P-files and employee records in HR system are up-to-date
Conduct on-boarding and exit interviews activities
Initiate and engage employees on team building activities
Other ad-hoc administrative activities
