US manufacturing plant located in Ubi area with over 100 headcount

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager

  • Support recruitment processes arrange interviewer, prepare letter and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain, upkeep and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Understand regulatory manpower guidelines from government agencies
  • Support in statutory survey as requested by government agencies
  • Handle monthly payroll and claims expenses to employees on a timely basis
  • Check and ensure payroll details are accurate before releasing to outsource payroll vendor
  • Ensure compliances in area of employees\xe2\x80\x99 income tax filing, NS claims, and government paid-leaves submissions
  • Application of work passes for employees
  • Manage all leave administration and application processes
  • Maintain all P-files and employee records in HR system are up-to-date
  • Conduct on-boarding and exit interviews activities
  • Initiate and engage employees on team building activities
  • Other ad-hoc administrative activities
Requirement
  • Diploma in business studies / administration management or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years in HR functions preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience handling payroll function and system
  • Hands-on, pleasant and able to communicate effectively
  • Detailed, meticulous and energetic
preference: Immediately available
