Responsibilities: Responsible for full spectrum of payroll and related activities. To ensure accuracy and the integrity of employees data required for payroll processing and responsible for monthly payroll generation To ensure accurate and timely submission of employees data to CPF Board (e.g. monthly CPF Contributions) To ensure accurate and timely submission of employees data to IRAS (e.g. Tax clearance and Yearly Employees Earnings Reporting) To liaise with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll for overseas employees To prepare and verify payroll cost data accuracy for budgeting, accrual and cash plan Attend to auditor on the yearly audit exercise. Handle statutory survey from government\xe2\x80\x99s authorities. Provide support on ad-hoc HR related tasks/projects. Requirements Min Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. At least 1-2 years of in-house payroll experience is a must. Experience in Prosoft will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
