Roles & Responsibilities
In this role as HR Senior Executive under Ishtara Jewellery Pte Ltd based in the Singapore (office 111 Serangoon road, 218016), you will report to HR Manager and Managing Director. The role will also be responsible for Engagement and the roll out of HR Initiatives. In addition, the role will support management to coordinate overall administrative matters. The role will develop HRBP skills for the incumbent, while focusing on Employee Engagement.
What will you do?
Manage and oversees the full HR spectrums to support the day-to-day HR operations.
Develop, review and implement HR policies, practices and guidelines in line with the employment law, related regulatory compliance and business objectives
Support full cycle of the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, creating and posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting screening calls, scheduling interviews, and offer negotiation and managing to onboard and offboarding
Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and concerns, maintain employee records and answer general questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Performance Management: Monitor performance and identify areas of development for each team member, ensuring that performance objectives are met
Training: Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
Administer and prepare payroll and other employee benefit programs
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in Singapore. Full compliance of MOM requirement and labour rules and laws.
Develop and generate reports, dashboards and metrics from HR data sources periodically.
Assist with periodic audit matters, reports, and government labour market surveys etc
Provide support to review, enhance current HR processes, work flow and work on HR projects as assigned
Support company events and employee engagement activities
Develop, update, and implement Country HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Establish strong partnerships with the line managers to provide advice on labour legislations, HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth resolution of HR matters
Develop and implement HR initiatives and program aligned with the overall Group business strategy
Oversee Office Admin functions.
Handle annual General insurance Renewal (Singapore and assigned overseas subsidiaries)
Filing of documents with IRAS as per Auto Inclusion scheme for employee income tax purpose.
All HR functions including employment contract, coordinating with MOM, issue of work pass, CPF/FWL/SDL filing and compliance.
Other duties and function related to HR Dept.
Requirements
A Diploma / Degree educational qualification in HR or related discipline is preferred
At least 1 year of HR generalist, focus on recruitment and operational support
Past experiences in HR project/ process improvements/ change management are highly desirable
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Knowledge of HR Software " OpenSoft\'\' preferred (optional)
Strong Knowledge of government regulations and well-versed with work passes requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with staff at all levels
Able to multi-task, good planning, organizing and follow-up skills to manage multiple projects timeline in a fast-paced environment
Mature working attitude, proactive, meticulous, and resourceful
Person who meet our requirement and available in singapore for interview with minimum 1 year HR work experience in Singapore as Executive/Senior Executive/Manager.
