A world-leading MNC is seeking a high-calibre candidate to take on an HR Executive job. In this job, you will support a large, complex business unit with a strong international presence.

About the HR Executive Role:
Reporting to the HR lead, you will serve as subject-matter expert to payroll while providing HR generalist and operational support to assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in day-to-day HR administrative duties
• Manage payroll processing and payroll related reports preparation and management (e.g., overtime, time off, off in-lieu)
• Manage various aspects of HR operations including employee documentation, on-boarding and off-boarding, insurance
• Providing support for recruitment as required, including but not limited to conducting hiring needs analysis, conducting reference checks and employment contracts
• Resolving employee issues/grievances and conducting thorough investigations where required
• Performing other HR-related tasks/ projects as assigned

To succeed in this HR Executive role, you must great team player, meticulous, and possess a high level of integrity.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors\' degree with concentration in human resources or business
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, CPF Act, Income tax and any other-labour related legislations
• At least four to five years of HR Experience, with at least two years of experience in payroll administration
• Good level of analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good stakeholder management skills
