Job description 1

The HR Executive will support Senior HR Manager and work closedly with Shared Service Team to provide the following services to Singapore employees (approximately 250 employees):
  • HR operations include HCM (termination req, PSCF), leave management, medical claims and benefits administration (vendor management), issuance of employment contracts and letters, work pass management, invoice processing, employees\' personal file management, submit regulatory reimbursement from the government authorities, pre/on-boarding and exit logistics processes and prepare new hire kit, HR admin duties.
  • Support all employee life-cycle changes (transfers, changes, promotions, merit etc)
  • Payroll management via collating and providing payroll data, employee changes information to payroll vendor/payroll colleague, review payroll report, ensure payroll is duly approved within timeline, collaborate with payroll vendor (vendor management)/payroll colleague, answer payroll replated queries from emaployees and manage payroll/e-leave system.ssist Senior HR Manager on reports, audits, recruitment interview logistic arrangements, mandatory job posting on government job portals, sanction checks, employees\' questions (1st level support).
  • Serve as point of contact for general questions / shared mailbox from Singapore employees
  • Support Singapore HR in the absence of Senior HR Manager and perform coverage duties for the Senior HR Manager
  • Other duties as assigned including projects, providing back-up / overflow work support for Shared Service Team
Professional Experience / Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following key requirements:
  • Minimum 5-8 years\' HR operations experience with a global organization. Experience working in a professional service organization is preferred
  • Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act and added benefit to have regulation knowledge on other ASEAN countries
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and well verse in Words, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of Singapore work pass, payroll, CPF, taxation preferred
  • A humble and enthusiastic hands-on individual with a passion for HR operations
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, quality-driven, resourceful and a good team player.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Mature professional with good interpersonal skill who\'s able to work in a challenging environment with utmost confidentiality and trust
