Job Description
Our client is one of the leading firms with in the telecommunications industry. They are currently looking out for a detail-oriented and agile HR Executive to join their fun-loving team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update all HR-related systems and files
- Support end to end recruitment activities
- Conduct all onboarding and offboarding for employees
- Work passes related administration, application, renewals
- Preparation of all employment related letters
- Assist and process monthly payroll administration
- Support and assist in all employee engagement activities
- Ad-hoc duties including supporting annual processes and projects
- Diploma and above in any discipline, preferably within HR or Business Administration
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resource
- Has good and sound knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Good sense of time management, organizational skills and detail-oriented
