Handle MOM work pass (Employment Pass, S Pass) related applications and renewals.
Handle submission of government-paid claims, e.g. Childcare leave, Paternity Leave, etc.
Preparation of employment contracts, confirmation letters, exit docs, etc.
Handle day-to-day HR administrative work, e.g. timely update of employees\xe2\x80\x99 leave applications, insurance claims, etc.
Assist with travel bookings.
General administrative support, reception work (when necessary), etc.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Eligible to Diploma in HRM
Minimum 3 year working experience
Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Additional information:
Working days: Monday to Friday
Able to handle travel arrangement will be an advantage
Salary up to $3500 (Depending on Experience)
