HR Executive (Japanese speaking to liaise with stakeholders in HQ, Japan)
Assisting with payroll and mobility, providing HR support in talent management and development, retention, compensation and benefits policies, and performance management.
Perform statistical analysis by operating the HRMS system.
Administration tasks such as managing company insurance, IT and mobile equipment, facilities management, vehicles, and name cards.
Responsible for managing relationships with headquarters in Japan
Requirements
Minimum 3 years in a similar capacity. Good generalist HR background.
Proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese stakeholders (Email and phone)
Basic knowledge of Singapore employment laws & regulations, market practices, and general business environment. Basic knowledge of CPF rules & regulations.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong computer literacy in MS Office.
