Job Description


Our customer an renounce MNC company dealing with heavy automotive company is currently seeking a HR & Admin Executive to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in various Human Resources and People & Culture (P&C) functions. This role involves addressing employee and manager inquiries, handling recruitment, onboarding, and exit management, coordinating benefits and insurance renewals, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting safety and health initiatives. The incumbent is a vital link between employees, management, and the HR Shared Service Center.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve P&C-related queries from employees and managers.
  • Maintain and update personal files, as well as internal databases.
  • Assist employees and managers with leave-related matters in RAMCO (HR Software).
  • Collaborate with payroll by providing necessary employee information, preparing monthly time records, overtime, and commission data.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from requisition to onboarding.
  • Coordinate exit management activities, including exit letters, interviews, and final salary computations.
  • Manage annual renewals for medical benefits and insurance, administer new staff registrations, and provide monthly utilization reports.
  • Oversee P&C yearly cycle activities, including pay increases, bonus communication, and employee engagement programs.
  • Support People Partnering activities and collaborate with P&C for employee-related matters.
  • Coordinate People & Culture Business Review and People Council preparations and meetings.
  • Assist expat management with various services, such as accommodation, schooling, and work permits.
  • Manage monthly work pass administration, including new applications, renewals, cancellations, and updates.
  • Generate monthly reconciliation statements for work pass billing and Foreign Workers Levy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health policies and regulations, conduct fire drills, and oversee equipment servicing.
  • Report and follow up on risk observations in TIA (not specified in your description).
  • Adhere to the Scania way framework and maintain HR processes in line with Scania standards and Singapore\'s legislation.
  • Review existing HR policies and suggest changes where necessary to comply with local regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
  • At least a diploma graduate in related studies
  • 3 years experience of similar background
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various responsibilities.
