Role: The HR Executive supports on-site HR operations support to clients. Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly payroll and headcount reports \xc2\xb7 Liaison on payroll matters with relevant stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Process monthly payroll as per schedule including staff claims \xc2\xb7 Manage onboarding & offboarding \xc2\xb7 Filing of claims and tax related matters to various government agencies \xc2\xb7 Maintain and upkeep training records for ISO audits \xc2\xb7 Process work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and processing IR21 \xc2\xb7 Coordinate training courses both internally and externally \xc2\xb7 Make plans for yearly engagement events within budget given \xc2\xb7 Manage yearly renewal of corporate insurance, corporate license/s (if any) \xc2\xb7 Maintain and upkeep staff p-files, leave records and staff directory \xc2\xb7 Ad-hoc projects relating to work process improvement Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma in HR Management with at least 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experience in similar capacity \xc2\xb7 Candidates with Talent Acquisition experience is advantageous \xc2\xb7 An eye for details with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Strong work ethics \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge in MOM regulations \xc2\xb7 Familiar with HRMS (ie.
