HR Executive This position is based in Singapore and reports to the Head of HR, Asia. Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, exit, benefits administration, updating and maintaining confidential information in HR Information system
Responsible for recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing, arranging interviews, job offers.
Ensure the HR practices are in compliance with statutory requirements.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
Requirement:
Min. Relevant Diploma, Degree in Business/HRM preferred
Proven working experience as HR Executive/Generalist with 2+ years of experience.
Proficient in employment act, government regulatory guidelines
Positive working attitude, team player, able to work independently
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel & Word, Experience in HRMS preferred
