To assist in running the Admin/HR operation in an efficient manner.
Assist in HR initiatives, programs, and project
Administration of foreign workers\' immigration matters, process work passes, employment permit applications, renewal, cancellation and bank account opening
Manage end-to-end employee life cycle events and processes including but not limited to onboarding, and offboarding.
Computation of full spectrum of monthly payroll for NTS Workers
Administration of ZYG staff & NTS Workers\' benefits e.g. medical, leave & Insurance
Maintain and update NTS Workers\' personal file
Administrative of Infotech \xe2\x80\x93 time management, Update data, resolve any technical issue,create new section, add new job site locations & updating of user permissions, change sites and direct liaison with infotech technical support
Administration of leave records.
Administrative of Subcon worker\'s timing and payment
Ensure smooth and effective execution of day-to-day HR and Office Administrative operational process
Undertake administrative work such as document filing, retrieval and photocopying
Any other HR and administrative related duties as assigned
Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
