Job Description
Our client is a leading company in the field of design and manufacturing of switchgears and switchboards for electrical power distribution. Currently, they are seeking for HR Executive to manage HR functions.JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Manage full spectrum in HR functions
- Execute daily operations of the HR department
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- On-boarding of new hires and off-boarding
- Application and renewal of work passes
- High familiarity in payroll processing, up to 120 headcounts
- Preferably Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing or construction industry
- Preferably good knowledge in Timesoft System (added advantage)
- Someone hands-on and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Professional development
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
- Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
