Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary administrative support for HR procedures & processes, including documentation and correspondence management
  • Manage full cycle recruitment and selection activities through to onboarding stage
  • Well versed in recruitment function
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies & procedures
  • Supporting management of employee relations
  • Resolving questions and queries from team as first point of contact
  • Support & deliver training & development activities
  • Provide full administrative support to the team and back up reception as required
  • Maintain employee files in audit ready condition
  • Any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
  • A HR degree, or business-related degree with HR qualification
  • An in-depth working knowledge of employment legislation
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and employee relations skills
  • High-level PC literacy and knowledge of HR systems operation.
  • Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
  • Promote an environment that encourage collaboration and employee engagement
  • Self-starter, driven and ability to work in a quick pace environment
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Experience:
  • Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
