Job Description

Location: Raffles Place
Industry: Investment Holdings Company
Working hours: 9.00am – 5.45pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary: Up to $3,500.00
This is a Permanent position.
Recruitment:-
- Assist in all recruitment and talent acquisition duties.
- Handle confidential information in a discreet manner including sensitive business documents, HR documents and employee information
- Regional job recruitment process (Executive group positions and above).
- Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment agencies
- Drafting of job requirements and responsibilities for Hiring Managers.
- Assisting in all arrangement of interviews until offer stage
- Drafting of Letter of Employment
- Foreign Workers Management-work pass application (new pass, renewal & termination)
- Responsible for the administration of specific programs and organization of Alumni activities.
- Organize and manage end-to-end logistics for meetings/seminars/workshops for staff and/or external participants (flight arrangements, venues, catering, agenda, and scheduling)
- Organize meetings/ seminars/ workshops end-to-end logistics for management and invited guests.
- Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resource or Equivalent
- 3-5 years of HR or Recruiter working experience
- Candidates from Recruitment Agency background are welcome
