Responsibilities
Engaging in full cycle of the recruitment process
Brainstorming ideas to boost recruitment
Preparing employment contracts and/or others letters such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, etc.
Create engaging and informative social media posts to attract and engage potential candidates
Employee onboarding and orientation
Manage application/renewal/cancellation of work passes
Manage and administer employees' leave entitlements, including annual leave, sick leave, and other types of absences
Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
Perform other duties as directed
Requirements
Diploma or Degree holder
Possesses a strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
Organized, meticulous, strong attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solver with strong communication skills
Able to work independently and in a team setting
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
