Job Summary:

• Working location: West (Walking distance from Tuas Cresent MRT)
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 am - 5.30pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 4,200 (Dep on exp.) + 2 Performance Bonus

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee HR tasks including policy management, Unit4 Prosoft HRMS, talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, compensation and benefits, and learning and development.
• Assist management in overseeing administrative and operational functions.
• Draft employment contracts, resignation acknowledgements, staff confirmations, promotions, and other HR-related documents.
• Manage the entire recruitment process including interviews, reference checks, and employee onboarding.
• Identify hiring challenges and propose effective recruitment plans.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage the exit clearance process.
• Regularly update and maintain accurate employee databases and HR records.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, commissions, and referral fees in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, security bonds, and foreign worker quotas via EPOL and WPOL.
• Process CPF, IR8A, IR21, NSman make-up pay claims, Government-Paid Leave claims, government grants, and submissions including MOM and wage surveys.
• Process insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc.
• Maintain and update training records and administer employee training programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize meetings and events.
• Procure and distribute office supplies, business cards, company stamps, uniforms, etc.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
• Proficiency in Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labor legislation.
