• Position : Ecommerce Executive (Retail / Haircare) - Up to $4,200 - Ubi
• Location : Ubi
• Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,200 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days AL
• Duration : Perm

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the eComms manager in developing and overseeing the online retail strategy for SG and potential new markets in APAC across all channels to drive business growth.
• Plan, develop, and implement strategies to attract and retain online customers, ranging from the running of customer engagement activities, improvement of customer journey on eStore and development of new content to boost conversion rates.
• Conceptualize and create engaging content (including copywriting) for organic and paid acquisition channels, such as digital ads and EDMs.
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities.
• Monitor and keep up-to-date with current market trends and competitor analysis to identify new market opportunities.
• Manage the day-to-day operations on eStore and marketplaces, including the updating of storefronts, order fulfilment and resolution of customer enquiries and other issues.
• Update and maintain eCommerce content, ensuring all pages, products & prices across all platforms are accurate and updated at all times.
• Plan and execute tactical offers / mechanics / promotions to support key campaigns on platforms.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key partners to maximize brand\'s presence on marketplaces and drive sales.
• Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot issues faced on eStore, optimize user experience, and evolve the backend operating system.
• Analyse and review product & campaign performances to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Facilitate packing process during mega campaign periods whenever required, to ensure all orders are accurately packed & shipped out on time.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing or Equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably in FMCG / beauty industry
• Prior experience in working with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and eStore - with a proven track record in driving and growing eCommerce revenue channels
• Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
