The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work in a Medical industry (MNC) .
- Exciting and dynamic environment
- 5 days work/ Office Hour
- Working Location: Tuas - Transportation provided
- 3 months contract
- Up to $6k
- Degree in HR or other business related discipline
- 1 years of relavant experience in HR
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross-institutions and different levels of stakeholders
- Provide HR support to all Singapore employees throughout employee life cycle eg recruitment, onboarding, performance management, termination etc
- Assist in payroll processing report for payroll vendor
- Ensure completion of on-boarding and off-boarding processes of employee
- Assist with work pass application or termination
- Provide support in letters such as visa and certification of employment
- Verify and process invoices from various vendors
- Assist in engagement activities
- Other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
