Job Description
- Location: West * Working hours: 8am - 5pm; company transport included.

Our client is one of the leading waste management companies in Singapore, is looking for a HR Executive to join their growing team.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, your job scope includes but not limited to the following:
- Handle on-boarding, and off-boarding activities including employment passes, renewal/cancellation-related matters.
- Preparation of HR letters such as employment contracts, confirmation, annual increment, probation etc.
- Handle recruitment functions such as liaising with external vendors and agencies.
- Responsible for workers training and development program.
- Prepare and compile monthly reports to HR manager.
- Assist and manage any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available candidates would be preferred.
